Key changes in a nutshell:
Call for Migration Partnerships:
- Updated language on labour mobility, with reference to latest policy documents
- Lot 1: Introduction of eligibility of non-public actors to lead if they have a co-applicant from the public sector
- Lot 2 (legal migration and mobility): Revision of priority countries
- Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries no longer eligible as target partner countries
- Revision of cases requiring support letters
- Revision of scoring in evaluation grids
- Higher financial envelope with inclusion of fresh funds for a total of EUR 19 MIL
Call for Borders & Security:
- Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries no longer eligible as target partner countries
