"Digital Talents for Moldova – Slovakia for Talents (DIGI TALENTS)" is a Slovak-Moldovan labour mobility and career development programme designed for young Moldovan professionals working in the ICT sector. Its main goal is to help Moldovan talents strengthen their professional skills and acquire new knowledge in a stimulating environment of ICT companies in Slovakia, thus improving their employment or business prospects.

On 23 November 2021, the EMA – Development and Mobility Agency and the Moldovan Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) organised a media event to promote the DIGI TALENTS programme in Chișinău. The event was joined by several key stakeholders, including the State Secretary of the Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Ms. Ingrid Brockova, who emphasised “mobility is very important for both our countries,” stressing the win-win aspect of the programme and its contribution to the better preparedness of the labour force in the ICT sector of Slovakia and Moldova. The following day, ATIC held the first information seminar to acquaint potential applicants with the important features of the DIGI TALENTS programme. Both events were broadcast online through various social media channels and other platforms, successfully reaching almost 30,000 viewers.
